Shipping Policy:
Thank you for your business and support! All orders are shipped within 4-6 business days from the date of the payment. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. When shipping overseas, customs fees and VAT (value added tax) are the responsibility of the buyer. Customer will directly clear the levied duties or taxes with the delivery company upon receipt.
If your order has been shipped via USPS and there is damage during transit, please save all the packing materials and take pictures as soon as you open the package. Please notify us immediately so we may provide you with any applicable insurance information. USPS claims should be filed within 14 days of receipt and is the responsibility of the buyer.
