Return Policy:


We take pride in our collection of high quality artisan products from around the world. Most of the items we carry are handmade, vintage or one-off, so small imperfections are a possibility. We believe they add to the charm of these pieces and we hope you feel the same. Please consider if these items are right for you when shopping with us. All items are checked for defects or damages before being shipped out. Therefore, any damage to the items during shipping or once received is not our responsibility. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@indigoandrust.com. We will do our best to work with you on a case by case basis. Please note that we may charge up to 25% restocking fee for cancelled or returned items.


Not all the products we carry are eligible for returns. In order to keep the prices fair and support our artisan partners, many items are offered as final sale items. Please check individual products for return policy information before purchasing.
Products eligible for return can be returned within 7 days of receipt in its original and unused condition. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt if item arrives in damaged condition. Include proof of damage in your notification. Please make sure that the Indigo & Rust customer care team approves your return request before you ship the product back to us. Your item must be returned in the original packing. Merchandise that has been worn, washed, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please note that items from our sales section are final sale and cannot be returned. 

We do not accept returns of antique or vintage items.

2. In your return package, please include a signed note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
3. Shipping fees, brokerage, customs and VAT charges are non-refundable.
4. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping fees and levied custom duties for return of the product.
5. Most jewelry and clothing are not eligible for returns unless otherwise specified.
